Privacy
What AmmoLoader keeps, why, and how to remove it. Last updated November 1, 2026.
Your account
You sign in with Google, Microsoft or Facebook. We receive an identifier for you from that provider and your email address if it shares one. We use them to sign you in and show which account you're using. We never see your password, and we don't ask those providers for anything else.
What you enter
Your inventory, recipes, batches, firearms, equipment, range sessions and notes are stored on your device and backed up to our servers, and synced to your other devices if your plan includes it. We use them to run the app for you.
Location and weather
If you allow it, the app reads your device's location to find nearby weather for range day. That position goes to the weather services involved (the National Weather Service, Open-Meteo, and our own server when it looks up METAR or Synoptic stations).
Store links
When you follow a store link we record the offer and, if you're signed in, your account, so commissions can be counted. Stores and affiliate networks have their own privacy policies.
Who handles data for us
Cloudflare serves the site and app, Fly.io runs our server, Neon hosts our database, and your sign-in provider confirms who you are. We don't sell your data.
Deleting your account
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete my account. That immediately removes your account and everything synced to it, clears the device you're using, and removes your account from recorded store clicks. Other signed-in devices keep their local copy until you clear them. If you can't sign in, email support@ammoloader.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
